THREAD COLORS:
6 chenille thread color limit. Threads can be matched to PMS colors.
Can include up to 8 normal non-chenille thread colors.

PRINT COLORS:
No color limit. Matchable to PMS and CMYK colors.

EDGE SIZE:
2.0mm base material extending beyond design.

DESIGN WITH NO DISCONNECTED PARTS: (NO CARRIER PAPER REQUIRED)
Minimum chenille area, 3.0 x 3.0mm

DESIGN WITH DISCONNECTED PARTS: (CARRIER PAPER REQUIRED)
Minimum chenille area, 50.0 x 6mm
Separate, non chenille elements must be spaced 12.0mm or more from other separate chenille elements.

LASER CUTTING (OF BASE MATERIAL):
Minimum material column thickness: 1.0mm
Minimum gap between cut out design elements: 1.0mm
Minimum perforation size: 0.6 x 0.6mm
Sharp Points: Sharp points of 60° or less will be rounded off at 0.5mm diameter (.25mm radius).

PRINTED EDGE SIZE: (BAND OF COLOR ALONG EDGE OF DESIGN)
Designs smaller than 2.0 inches = 1.0mm outer border.
Designs between 2.0 and 4.0 inches = 1.5mm outer border.
Designs between 4.0 and 7.0 inches = 2.25mm outer border.
Designs larger than 7.0 inches = 3.0mm outer border.

LIMITATIONS:
Heat application is not recommended for garments treated with waterproof / repellent chemicals and will not bond properly.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS

All Lion shipments come with product specific heat seal settings.

The following instructions are for polyester or cotton garments.

For best results we recommend using a thermo couple and J wire to measure the glue line and ensure that heat is within appropriate range.

For top and bottom heat presses, covering the decoration with a thermal silicone rubber pad before heat pressing is recommended.
