Vision Stitch replicates the classic appearance of sewn down multilayer decorations by stitching along the edges of different colors within a printed design. This creates the illusion of multiple layers of fabric while still being a single layer of light weight material.

Lion offers a variety of thread types that can bring a truly unique aesthetic to any design.
MAXIMUM SIZE:
9.0 x 12.6 inches. Design must be submitted at 100% actual size.
THREAD COLORS:
9 thread color limit. Threads can be matched to PMS colors.
PRINT COLORS:
No color limit. Matchable to PMS and CMYK colors.
LASER CUTTING (OF BASE MATERIAL):
Minimum material column thickness: 1.0mm
Smallest disconnected design element (i.e. the dot of a letter “i”): 5.0 x 5.0mm
Minimum gap between cut out design elements: 1.0mm
Minimum perforation size: 0.6 x 0.6mm
Sharp Points: Sharp points of 60° or less will be rounded off at 0.5mm diameter (.25mm radius).

LIMITATIONS:
Heat application is not recommended for garments treated with waterproof / repellent chemicals and will not bond properly.
All Lion shipments come with product specific heat seal settings.

The following instructions are for polyester or cotton garments.
For best results we recommend using a thermo couple and J wire to measure the glue line and ensure that heat is within appropriate range.
For top and bottom heat presses, covering the decoration with a thermal silicone rubber pad before heat pressing is recommended.
