Lion’s new domestically based on-demand heat transfer service, Velocity offers all the benefits of heat applied decorations and is engineered to be economical, quick turn capable, and with performance in mind.
MAXIMUM SIZE:
12 x 18 inches. Design must be submitted at 100% actual size.
COLOR:
No color limit. Matchable to PMS and CMYK colors.
LASER CUTTING:
Minimum material column thickness: 2.0mm
Smallest disconnected design element (i.e. the dot of a letter “i”): 4.0 x 4.0mm
Minimum gap between cut out design elements: 2.0mm
Minimum perforation size: 0.5 x 0.5mm
Sharp Points: Sharp points of 60° or less will be rounded off at 0.5mm diameter (.25mm radius).
Internal floating design elements or “islands” that are within a cut area are not offered.
PRINTED EDGE SIZE: (BAND OF COLOR ALONG EDGE OF DESIGN)

LIMITATIONS:
Heat application is not recommended for garments treated with waterproof / repellent chemicals and will not bond properly.
