Printed patches are a single layer of printed material and offer maximum flexibility, an economic price point, and photorealistic details. Choose from our collection of 15 unique printable materials all of which can be laser cut into any custom shape.

12.6 x 18.0 inches. Design must be submitted at 100% actual size.
COLOR:
No color limit. Matchable to PMS and CMYK colors.
LASER CUTTING (OF BASE MATERIAL):
Minimum material column thickness: 1.0mm
Smallest disconnected design element (i.e. the dot of a letter “i”): 5.0 x 5.0mm
Minimum gap between cut out design elements: 1.0mm
Minimum perforation size: 0.6 x 0.6mm
Sharp Points: Sharp points of 60° or less will be rounded off at 0.5mm diameter (.25mm radius).
PRINTED EDGE SIZE: (BAND OF COLOR ALONG EDGE OF DESIGN)
Designs smaller than 2.0 inches = 1.0mm outer border.
Designs between 2.0 and 4.0 inches = 1.5mm outer border.
Designs between 4.0 and 7.0 inches = 2.25mm outer border.
Designs larger than 7.0 inches = 3.0mm outer border.

LIMITATIONS:
Heat application is not recommended for garments treated with waterproof / repellent chemicals and will not bond properly.
All Lion shipments come with product specific heat seal settings.

The following instructions are for polyester or cotton garments.
For best results we recommend using a thermo couple and J wire to measure the glue line and ensure that heat is within appropriate range.
For top and bottom heat presses, covering the decoration with a thermal silicone rubber pad before heat pressing is recommended.
