MAXIMUM SIZE:
12.0 x 18.0 inches. Design must be submitted at 100% actual size.
THREAD COLORS:
9 thread color limit. Threads can be matched to PMS colors.
PRINT COLORS:
No color limit. Matchable to PMS and CMYK colors.
STITCHED TEXT SIZE:
For clear legibility, satin stitched letters must be at least 1.0mm thick and 6.0mm tall.
EDGE SIZE:
Designs smaller than 7.0 inches = 1.0mm base material extending beyond design.
Designs larger than 7.1 inches = 1.5mm base material extending beyond design.
LASER CUTTING:
Minimum material column thickness: 1.0mm
Smallest disconnected design element (i.e. the dot of a letter “i”): 5.0 x 5.0mm
Minimum gap between cut out design elements: 1.0mm
Minimum perforation size: 0.6 x 0.6mm
Sharp Points: Sharp points of 60° or less will be rounded off at 0.5mm diameter (.25mm radius).
PRINTED EDGE SIZE: (BAND OF COLOR ALONG EDGE OF DESIGN)
Designs smaller than 2.0 inches = 1.0mm outer border.
Designs between 2.0 and 4.0 inches = 1.5mm outer border.
Designs between 4.0 and 7.0 inches = 2.25mm outer border.
Designs larger than 7.0 inches = 3.0mm outer border.
